PBHI Family Collaboration
Parkview Behavioral Health Institute (PBH) has a dedicated e-mail address for families and caregivers to use to share information and history when they believe their loved one is hospitalized at PBH:

Plan to provide your full name, relationship to the patient, and accurate contact information so someone at PBH can return information in cases where a Release of Information (ROI) has been signed by the patient. All information, regardless of ROI status, will be passed on to the PBH care team. The e-mail will be monitored during regular business hours by a desk clinician (social worker or therapist), but messages can be sent to PBH at any time.
