Are you interested in joining our Education Night Committee?
On the 4th Tuesday of the month, NAMI Fort Wayne offers our Education Night Speaker Series. These evenings are free and open to the public and aim to provide relevant, accurate and current information about mental health related topics and services.
If you’d like to be a part of the Education Night planning team, please attend one of the kickoff meetings to discuss potential speakers, topics and logistics for our 2024 Speaker Series.
We will compile a list of desired topics and specific speaker possibilities for the 2024 year with the aim of trying to get the first 6 months scheduled by September. We will also review a task-checklist for each speaker session with items to do at the month of, week of and day of the event. Many opportunities for volunteers to assist!
Two sessions will be offered on Monday, July 17– one from 10-11 AM and one from 7-8 PM. Both sessions will be held at the NAMI Fort Wayne Office at 2200 Lake Avenue Suite #110.
