Education Night — CareSource

Please join NAMI Fort Wayne for our monthly Education Night Speaker Series on Tuesday, November 26 from 7:00-8:00 PM.

A representative from CareSource, a nationally recognized, nonprofit managed care organization serving over 2 million members, will share information on their services. Founded in 1989, CareSource offers a variety of health insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare and Health Insurance Marketplace products. As a mission-driven and member-centric organization, CareSource aims to transform health care by providing innovative programs to members in a growing number of states, including Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and West Virginia.

Education Night events take place in Chad’s House which is directly behind The Carriage House.

This event is free and open to the public.
