Education Night — CONNECT Allen County

Kristy Lindeman from CONNECT Allen County will speak about their “one-stop shop” community access center. Designed to help individuals get connected to all the services and resources they need, CONNECT Allen County can link clients to food resources, housing options, rent/utility assistance, hygiene items, clothing, diapers, case management, skills coaching, mental health counseling, substance use resources, health care and much more.
