Please join NAMI Fort Wayne for our monthly Education Night Speaker Series on Tuesday, June 24th from 8:00-9:00 PM.

Our second guest speaker of the evening will be Amber Bowers from PACE – Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly – speaking about their services.

PACE is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility. A team of health care professionals works the family to ensure coordinated care.

PACE provides all the care and services covered by Medicare and Medicaid, as well as additional care and services deemed necessary by an Interdisciplinary Team. PACE provides coverage for primary and specialty care, prescription drugs, medical transportation, hospital visits, dental care, medical equipment, home care, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and other services.

Aging & In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana (AIHS), in partnership with Parkview Health Systems (Parkview), brought PACE of Northeast Indiana to Fort Wayne, IN to serve Allen County’s most vulnerable older adults. The strategic partnership between AIHS and Parkview allows participants in the PACE program to receive the best clinical and social care.

This event is free and open to the public.
