NAMI Fort Wayne presents Fort Wayne–Addressing Homelessness with Amada Fall, Manager of Homeless Services for the City of Fort Wayne Community Development.
This event will take place at Chad’s House (directly behind The Carriage House at 3327 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne) from 7-9 PM on Tuesday, July 28th.
Topics to be discussed include:
- An overview of the Everyone Home Plan — recommendations, current committee work, future plans
- An update on the Anchor Resource Center — post council update
- Vision of working with health care providers for the Resource Center
- Mayor Sharon Tucker’s vision and next steps moving forward
A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
