NAMI Indiana is offering two opportunities to participate in NAMI Homefront, a course for families, caregivers and friends of Military Service members and Veterans who experience symptoms of a mental health condition. It is designed to help loved ones understand and support their Service member.

NAMI Homefront is a 6-session education program that offers practical information on mental health conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and substance abuse. It also teaches problem solving techniques, coping strategies and communication skills.

The class will be offered on Mondays at 1 pm beginning February 3rd and running through March 10th and also on Tuesdays at 6 pm beginning March 4th and running through April 8th. See More Information.

This course is free of charge and will be offered via Zoom. Access will be given upon registration at NAMI Homefront Programs.
